The room was perfect for 3 friends traveling together as they gave us three single beds. The room was large enough that we were comfortable for a week. We only ate at the hotel restaurant once, but it was very good.

The in-room coffee/tea set-up only had cups for two; we asked for a third cup one day and got it, but then it disappeared the next time the room was cleaned. They didn't always replenish the coffee when cleaning the room.

I chose to visit Les Jardins du Prieure and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional location of Le Cervolan. The hotel's lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services, WLAN Internet access, and laundry service provided convenience and comfort. The secured car park with an automatic gate and outdoor security camera gave me peace of mind during my stay. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the inventive cuisine of Chef Frédéric Graglia at the DZ restaurant, which combined original tastes from around the world.

No real problems with anything. The cost of the restaurant was a little prohibitive, but there were other dining options within a 20-minute walk if needed.

The hotel is so close to the airport for easy access. The breakfast was excellent.

On Suunday all facilities were closed so unable to have even a snack or a drink. This could be alleviated by hot drrink making facilities in the rooms.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or a designated work area. It would have been convenient to have an area where I could work in a quiet and professional environment.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo in Aix-les-Bains due to its three available meeting rooms for events. The hotel provided a convenient space for networking and conducting business. The overall experience of using the meeting rooms was satisfactory.

calm and quiteness, silence, good service

Staff were excellent, the triple room was very large, food great but our stary was only a stop over while driving from Italy to Wales so arrived late & left early next day. Would have like to have stayed longer.

This hotel impressed me with its attention to detail and great value for money. the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the level of service provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I appreciated the basic amenities in the well-maintained rooms, which included a lovely kitchenette and bathroom. As a coffee lover, I was delighted to find that the room also had tea and coffee facilities. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered by the hotel was excellent value for money, providing a satisfying start to the day.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

We like the comfortable and spacious triple room, the free Wi-Fi and the great pool set in a lovely garden. The receptionist was very helpful and polite.

Breakfast a bit expensive for what was on offer

I had a fantastic time staying in this hotel near the airport in the morning. The hotel facilities are great, especially the clean pool and the big garden where you can relax. I also appreciated the ample and secure parking space that this hotel provided. Transportation to and from this location was very easy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious.
